Order Processing and Finalization

All orders placed through our website are final once processed. Because we begin preparing your order immediately after confirmation and payment, we do not accept cancellations, modifications, or refunds once processing has started.

No Refunds or Exchanges

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in cases where an incorrect or damaged item is received.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the case and provide a resolution if approved.

Future Orders and Scheduling

Customers may place future or scheduled orders for a specific date or time. Scheduled orders follow the timelines below:

·        Advanced scheduled orders: These are treated as express orders but charged at the normal delivery price. Advanced scheduled orders follow a 5‑business‑day processing timeline before the scheduled delivery date.

·        Standard scheduled orders: Processed within the regular two‑business‑day window after confirmation and payment.

·        Express scheduled orders: Given priority handling, with best efforts to meet the requested delivery window. Express orders aim for delivery within 12 hours, though this timeframe cannot be guaranteed.

All scheduled orders become final once processing begins, and the same no‑cancellation and no‑refund policy applies.

 

Customer Responsibility

Please ensure all information entered at checkout—such as product selection, size, customization details, and shipping address—is accurate with receiver contact information including phone number. We are not responsible for errors made during the ordering process.
